Responsibilities
- Leverage extensive experience in product design to create digital experiences that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional.
- Utilize advanced skills in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite to create high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes.
- Apply deep understanding of user-centered design principles, utilizing methodologies such as user research, wireframing, and usability testing.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure designs are visually compelling and technically feasible.
- Communicate design decisions and rationale clearly and effectively to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights into user needs.
- Create detailed wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and test ideas.
- Partner with product managers and engineering teams to ensure alignment on product goals and technical constraints.
- Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines, fostering a cohesive and unified user experience.
- Incorporate feedback from user testing and stakeholder reviews, iterating on designs to enhance usability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with a proven track record in UI/UX design across web and mobile platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred.
- Proficient in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Familiarity with user research methodologies, usability testing, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate design rationale.
- Ability to use data and user feedback to iterate on designs for improved user experience.
