About the position

As a Lead Principal Solution Architect at AppViewX, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in showcasing our innovative products and solutions to potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to support customers through all stages of solution architecture, from proof-of-concept planning to evaluation. You will engage in strategic discussions to identify tailored solutions and target upsell and cross-sell opportunities, ensuring that our offerings align with customer needs. Collaboration with the sales team is essential, as you will work together to simplify the pre-sales process, which includes product demonstrations, evaluations, and closure for customers. In this role, you will evaluate customer needs and requirements to provide hyper-personalized product demonstrations that enhance customer processes. You will also create feedback and review systems to identify and resolve customer issues, delivering effective solutions in a timely manner. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on our products and their connected network technologies, you will engage with the product management team to design new requirements, product roadmaps, and enhancements that meet market demands. Your expertise will be crucial in working with the sales team to complete the pre-sales processes of product demonstrations and evaluations, ensuring that potential customers have a clear understanding of the value our solutions provide. This position requires a strong technical background and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Showcase company products and solutions to potential customers.
  • Support customers through all solution architecture stages, including proof-of-concept planning to evaluation.
  • Engage in strategic discussions to identify solutions and target upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to simplify the pre-sales process of demo, evaluation, and closure for customers.
  • Evaluate customer needs and requirements to offer hyper-personalized product demos and improve customer processes.
  • Create feedback and review systems to identify and resolve customer issues and deliver solutions.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert of the company product and its connected network technologies.
  • Engage with the product management team to design new requirements, product roadmaps, and enhancements.
  • Work with the sales team to complete pre-sales processes of product demonstrations and evaluations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5 years progressively responsible post-Bachelor's degree experience in a related occupation.
  • 5 years of experience with PKI and Machine Identity.
  • 5 years of experience with Load Balancing and Firewall Technologies, including F5, PaloAlto, and Cisco.
  • 5 years of experience with Certificate Life Cycle Management tools and Identity Access management tools, including SSH, LDAP, and Okta.
  • 4 years of experience with Service and DevOps Automation tools, including ServiceNow, Ansible, Terraform, and OpenShift.
  • 3 years of experience with Cloud, Containers, and Kubernetes.
  • 3 years of experience with Microservices, including AWS, GCP, and Azure.
