About the position

The Lead People Analytics Consultant is responsible for bringing together a wide variety of internal and external Human Resource information and distilling the information into actionable intelligence. The Lead People Analytics Consultant will synthesize data, enhance automations, improve data democratization, draw conclusions, and surface insights that help drive HR and business decisions. Responsibilities

  • Develop and automate dashboards that inform our end-to-end HR strategy through Visier, Looker, and other data visualization tools
  • Monitor and evaluate data accuracy within our analytic platforms and create processes to limit or reduce inaccurate data
  • Tie varied data points together in a visually meaningful and impactful way to assess the overall organizational health of our workforce
  • Act as business owner of Visier; Help manage vendor relationship, product/functionality roadmap, and front-end configuration/user experience
  • Drive adoption of self-service analytics through meaningful dashboards and data education and training
  • Partner on ad hoc analytics to better understand our workforce
  • Provide external research insights to analyses
  • Ensure stakeholder, HRBP, business leader, and HR functional area data needs are met and in accordance with data governance principles
  • Enhance automation tactics within People Analytics to provide fast and accurate data insights
  • Provide insight into data governance strategies and enhancements for dashboards and consistent reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field (computer and information science, economics, data analytics/science, mathematics, mathematical science, business administration, finance, information systems)
  • 5-7+ years of experience performing employee analytics, automating data processes, creating dashboards, and compiling reports
  • Experience with Business Intelligence/Analytics tools (preferred Visier, Looker, Power BI) and automation tools
  • Advanced Excel skills to manage and analyze large data sets
