About The Position

This role requires the ability to function as a resource for employees, internal departments, and outside customers, with familiarity in all areas of the department to fill in, answer questions, and assist in resolving issues. The position emphasizes independent work without extensive supervision, accountability for individual tasks, and excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities include assisting with new employee orientation, serving as a mentor, potentially overseeing work tasks, adjusting staffing for coverage, and assisting with ongoing department education and training. The role may also involve developing training curriculum and materials, facilitating change, and ensuring adoption of new processes. Demonstrates analytical decision-making, information gathering, presentation, project management, group facilitation, and training skills. May assist in managing productivity and department reports.

Requirements

  • Two years of One Chart or similar electronic medical records (EMR) experience required.
  • Previous healthcare experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Associate degree preferred.
  • Five years of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities
