About The Position

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. Lead Network Program Manager driving a portfolio of strategic telecom initiatives across parallel workflows, requiring rapid prioritization and execution. Builds real-time visibility from the ground up using Power BI, MS Project, and JIRA, and delivers concise, executive-ready insights from complex technical and financial data. Influences cross-functional teams across Telecom, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Corporate Development to align and deliver results without direct authority. Proactively identifies risks, trade-offs, and opportunities to support decision-making, and operates as a self-starter capable of creating structure, project plans, and scalable workflows in ambiguous environments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Telecom domain expertise: Strong understanding of telecom networks, interconnection, and industry dynamics, with the ability to navigate technical and regulatory complexity.
  • Leadership capability: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence senior stakeholders, and drive results without direct authority.
  • Program and project management execution: Proven experience managing complex, multi-threaded programs with disciplined planning, tracking, and delivery.
  • AI expertise: Genuine interest in AI, with the ability to apply AI-driven insights and tools to improve decision-making, workflow efficiency, and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Driving a portfolio of strategic telecom initiatives across parallel workflows, requiring rapid prioritization and execution.
  • Building real-time visibility from the ground up using Power BI, MS Project, and JIRA.
  • Delivering concise, executive-ready insights from complex technical and financial data.
  • Influencing cross-functional teams across Telecom, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Corporate Development to align and deliver results without direct authority.
