Lead MRI Technologist - Full-Time - Day Flex - Allen Join a close-knit, high-performing team where you’ll play a key leadership role within the MRI department. As a Lead MRI Technologist, you will help optimize workflow, mentor and support staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality imaging services.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Radiology program
New York State License in Radiology with certification to inject contrast media
American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiology and MRI - ARRT (R)(MR).
Maintains continuing education credits per ARRT requirements.
Minimum 3 years of MRI experience
Proficient in EMR, RIS, HIS, PACS, modality specific software
Requires registration with the 1199 Job Security Fund.

Responsibilities

Support daily departmental operations and workflow efficiency
Provide guidance, training, and troubleshooting support to MRI technologists
Collaborate closely with radiologists on imaging protocols and advanced procedures
Assist with the implementation of new and evolving research protocols
Utilize state-of-the-art technology, including GE MRI systems
Promote a culture centered on safety, quality, and exceptional patient care
