About the position

In this role, you will work across all of marketing and partner teams as a central hub to understand/lead/champion, aggregate, synthesize, and integrate marketing activities that passionately back our business objectives, audience priorities, brand, and products/services, providing a connective thread across all these dimensions. You will act as the day-to-day conduit between marketing teams, with an audience-first lens, to identify synergies across campaigns and lead the management of key integration enablers. The goal is to ensure that the total company-wide marketing effort is driving brand and business growth through our marketing activities at every stage of the customer lifecycle and marketing funnel.

Responsibilities

  • Provides strategic oversight, coordination, and governance of annual integrated marketing planning/calendaring that supports organizational marketing objectives for an audience-first approach, and ultimately drives brand love, volume/revenue, ACV/retention and/or satisfaction.
  • Develops and leads the processes for keeping said plans current and vibrant, including the complex management of the Annual Integrated Marketing Calendar and ongoing plan governance cadence.
  • Integrates with and supports multi-to-omni teams and partners to fulfill our Ways of Marketing goals.
  • May be assigned complex and long-range projects requiring diverse marketing theories and techniques.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree.
  • Typically requires 6+ years of experience in similar area of responsibility (brand strategy, advertising, digital strategy, account planning, or marketing role within a consultancy, agency, or marketing-driven organization).
  • Experience in holistic marketing across multiple brands at large companies; B2B experience a plus, but not a requirement.
  • Participation in/management of large-scale teams and projects, including cross-functional collaboration.
  • Executive presence to inspire confidence with internal and external constituents.
  • Collaborative; willing to roll up your sleeves with the team and get close to the details.
  • Change agent and motivator able to achieve alignment to a shared vision.
  • Highly organized and accountable.
  • Strategic and operational; able to think through strategic challenges and build ground-up solutions.
  • Patient and persistent.
