About The Position

Tobin Children's School is seeking a Lead Infant Teacher for one of its two full-day, full-year Infant classrooms. This teacher will collaborate with two other full-time teachers and an afternoon assistant to support up to 7 children daily. The role involves parent communication, child supervision, curriculum planning, child assessment, and ensuring compliance with safety, sanitation, EEC licensing, and NAEYC standards. Full-time positions are 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts and a paid 30-minute break. Flexibility is required for shifts between 7:15 AM and 5:45 PM.

Requirements

• EEC Infant//Toddler Lead Teacher certification
• Several years of early childhood teaching experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to plan creative engaging curriculum

Nice To Haves

• A degree in early childhood or related field
