Under general supervision, you will coordinate the activities of assigned workers, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of services. Your role will include providing skilled customer and custodial services, operational support, and general maintenance for the facility. This exciting position requires a proactive approach to performing routine duties and daily tasks thoroughly and promptly while maintaining effective working relationships with your supervisor, co-workers, and the general public. Responsibilities
- Lead, monitor, and supervise employees to achieve goals that contribute to individual and organizational success.
- Provide skilled customer service and custodial services, ensuring a welcoming and clean environment.
- Deliver operational support and perform general maintenance to keep the facility running smoothly.
- Maintain a positive and productive atmosphere, ensuring compliance with the policies, procedures, goals, and objectives of the City, Department, and Division.
- Coordinate the activities of assigned workers, ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
Requirements
- A minimum of one year of prior relevant experience is required.
- CPR/AED and First Aid certifications are required within 90 days of hire.
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
- Must be a proficient ice skater.
