About the position
The Lead Grocery Reset Merchandiser at CROSSMARK is responsible for supporting grocery clients by leading merchandising efforts in stores. This part-time role involves training and overseeing grocery merchandisers, ensuring that store displays are set up according to planograms, and effectively communicating with store personnel. The position offers growth potential within the company and requires a commitment to working flexible hours, primarily in the mornings.
Responsibilities
- Train and lead Grocery Merchandisers.
- Build and stock store's front-end fixtures according to the plan.
- Merchandising, resetting, and restocking sections of the store according to the plan-o-gram.
- Communicate effectively with store personnel.
- Upload visit photos and report through 1 Hub.
Requirements
- Must be available for shifts Monday - Thursday 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM (8-10-hour shifts).
- Smart device and Internet access required.
- Must be able to lift 25lbs on a regular basis and up to 60lbs on occasion.
- Must have access to reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple stores in a designated area.
