We are seeking a dedicated Lead Cook/Sous Chef to join our culinary team and help manage our kitchen operations alongside our F&B Manager. From daily member dining to banquets, tournaments, and special events, our culinary team takes pride in delivering superior experience. Position Overview The Lead Cook/Sous Chef will work in a hands-on team environment to ensure that all food preparation, production, and service meet the highest standards of quality and presentation. This role works closely with the F&B Manager to supervise kitchen staff, coordinate occasional banquets and maintain consistency across all dining outlets.
