About the position

The Lead Content Strategist at Hinge Health is responsible for crafting compelling and technically accurate copy for B2B Commercial channels. This role aims to define the Hinge Health brand and enhance the customer journey, ultimately helping individuals dealing with pain find the care they need. The strategist will evolve in-market messaging into effective narratives, collaborate with visual designers, and ensure that all content aligns with the brand's voice and tone while driving engagement and performance across various channels.

Responsibilities

  • Bring to life new initiative or brand positioning campaigns and offerings.
  • Look for innovative, creative ways to reach new or existing clients, concepting messaging approaches and iterating based on feedback.
  • Work with visual designers and marketers to craft high-performing, user-centered assets across all channels.
  • Write commercial marketing copy that delivers results, using data to craft effective copy for campaigns.
  • Strengthen Hinge Health's B2B voice and tone across all audience and client touch points.
  • Identify opportunities to scale creative whenever possible.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of writing experience, preferably in a start-up, in-house environment or technology company.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing writing.
  • Portfolio demonstrating excellence in brand expression and storytelling through B2B and B2C campaigns.
  • Understanding of digital best practices for Demand Gen campaigns and approaches to ABM, CMS, CSS, and SEO.
  • Strong self-management skills in a fast-paced environment and experience using collaboration technology like Google Workspace, Asana, and Slack.
  • Passionate about data, discovering new trends and driving actions through insights.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, leadership, and project managing your own workload.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with audio and video campaigns.
  • Experience in the health, neuroscience, musculoskeletal (MSK) health, lifestyle, or wellness industries.
