About the position

Responsibilities
- Create focus on safety for the entire NYS team.
- Support the direction of melting and casting operations.
- Oversee the production process to meet capacity demands and quality standards.
- Help the casting team develop and manage projects to improve casting operations.
- Lead the team in conducting reactive and preventive maintenance of equipment.
Requirements
- 3 years of melting and casting experience.
- Strong leadership presence and courage to address critical alignment issues.
- Effective communication skills to ensure understanding among team members.
- Ability to work as part of a coordinated team effort.
- Good judgment and decision-making skills regarding production processes.
- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control.
