About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant for the Intelligent Automation Success Management (ASM) Team within Global Operations. This lead role will develop and execute strategic business initiatives while managing day-to-day priorities. The successful candidate will be self-directed and agile, capable of quickly reprioritizing work to meet short-term demands while maintaining a long-term plan for their portfolio of work. The role focuses on enhancing Digital Transformation capabilities and delivering maximum value to operations.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between Business Executors and technology partners to facilitate delivery of automation solutions.
  • Engage functional leaders to obtain resources, influence outcomes, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo's policies.
  • Maintain and manage a portfolio of all active automations across Operations' Lines of Business.
  • Monitor automation success rates to ensure value and accuracy for business partners.
  • Partner with Technology to identify and resolve production gaps.
  • Perform root cause analysis on production defects and issues to drive improvements.
  • Improve automation monitoring for near real-time oversight of all automations.
  • Work with subject matter experts to translate business processes into user stories and manage the backlog for automation delivery.
  • Lead strategy and resolution of complex challenges related to Business Execution.
  • Provide vision and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative business solutions.
  • Facilitate team meetings to support decision-making and implementation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience.
  • Solid foundation in automation tools and processes used within Wells Fargo or the financial services industry.
  • Experience in Business Command Center and Automation Success Management.
  • Prior consulting background in the Automation Space.
  • Experience in large Financial Services companies across various business lines.
  • Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation and tools like UI Path, MS Power Platform, and KTA.
  • Proven influencing skills and effective communication in virtual environments.
  • 3+ years of Business Support experience including ITIL framework.
  • Strategic thinking and implementation skills.
