In this role, you will be part of a high-impact team driving transformation across our Sales and Go-To-Market platforms, supporting enterprise-wide capabilities powered by Salesforce, CPQ/Conga, and SAP integrations. About the Role In this opportunity as Lead Business Analyst, you will: Lead business analysis across end-to-end systems, demonstrating a strong understanding of Order Capture architecture and associated upstream and downstream integrations and processes. Ensure integrity and alignment of business workflows across platforms such as Salesforce, CPQ/Conga or similar solutions, and SAP. Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements using Agile methodologies. Collaborate with Business Process Owners and Solution Architects to ensure alignment with enterprise standards. Leverage deep knowledge of Salesforce CRM and CPQ/Order Capture solutions. Demonstrate familiarity with SAP integration concepts and pricing workflows. Use tools such as Lucidchart and Azure DevOps for process modeling and backlog management. Evaluate solution options and recommend scalable, sustainable approaches aligned with enterprise architecture. Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Facilitate discussions, workshops, and decision-making sessions. Ensure high-quality documentation, communication, and stakeholder alignment across initiatives.
