About the position

The Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at JoyBridge Kids is responsible for implementing and overseeing high-quality behavioral interventions for children with autism. This role involves designing individualized programming, mentoring staff, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to enhance the quality of life for learners and their families. The position emphasizes evidence-based practices and requires a commitment to the organization's core values of excellence, integrity, teamwork, growth, passion, and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Implement assessments and complete reports related to behavioral interventions.
  • Design, implement, and monitor individualized programming and behavior intervention plans.
  • Mentor and oversee the implementation of skill acquisition programs and data collection by RBTs and Behavior Technicians.
  • Conduct caregiver training sessions through telehealth and clinic-based sessions.
  • Maintain session and supervision notes, programming procedures, and necessary documentation for insurance reimbursement.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including SLPs and OTs.
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and mentorship sessions.
  • Support clinic BCBA's and assist the Clinical Director in program evaluation and implementation.
  • Complete daily responsibilities of the Clinical Director in their absence.

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA or BCBA-D) certification.
  • Valid license in Tennessee (LBA).
  • Good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Experience working with children with autism.
  • Desire to work in an interdisciplinary environment.
  • Commitment to providing evidence-based, trauma-free services.
  • Ability to mentor and support RBTs and aspiring BCBA's.
  • Alignment with JoyBridge Kids Core Values.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in a related field (Preferred).
  • 1 year of experience as a BCBA (Preferred).
