Responsibilities

• Assigns, distributes, coordinates and supervises the work activities of subordinate staff.
• Leads, coaches and mentors work groups, coordinating training and development.
• Performs complex legal administrative support for managing attorney and day-to-day operational matters.
• Participates in complex and special projects.
• Prepares and distributes management reports.
• Coordinates and administers office technical support, resolving or escalating issues as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with paralegal certification, or equivalent.
• Typically a minimum of four years related experience.
• In-depth understanding of legal terminology and practices, as well as knowledge of the organization and insurance industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone etiquette.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite and other business-related software systems.
