About the position

At Drury Hotels, we believe in creating a workplace where you belong. This position involves performing a variety of laundry duties to ensure clean and sanitary linens and terry for our guests. Responsibilities include washing, drying, sorting, folding, and inspecting items for wear and tear and stains. You will also maintain a clean and organized laundry area and manage stock and inventory. Additionally, you may assist in cleaning rooms and public spaces as needed. Exceptional guest service is a priority, and you will be expected to respond promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests, and complaints, contributing to a positive work environment for our diverse team and guests.

Responsibilities

• Perform laundry duties including washing, drying, sorting, folding, and inspecting linens and terry.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area.
• Manage stock and inventory of laundry supplies.
• Assist in cleaning rooms and public spaces when needed.
• Provide courteous and friendly guest service, responding to inquiries and requests.

Requirements

• Ability to follow verbal directions.
• Knowledge of laundry procedures and supplies.
• Ability to work with various chemicals and detergents.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.
