About the position

The Large Loss Project Manager will oversee significant restoration projects, particularly in commercial and residential settings, ensuring quality and efficiency in project execution. This role is critical for managing large loss projects exceeding $500k, requiring a proactive approach and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage large loss restoration projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project goals are met.
• Utilize Xactimate for project estimation and management.
• Ensure compliance with IICRC standards and regulations.
• Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills to address project challenges.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in Project Management.
• High School Diploma required; GED/Associates/Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with Xactimate is preferred.
• IICRC qualifications in Fire, Water, and Mold are strongly encouraged.
• Experience in commercial/residential construction.
• Proven experience managing large loss projects valued at $500k or more.
• Background in reconstruction and mitigation.
