About the position

The Automotive Lube Technician at Airport Marina Ford is responsible for performing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks on vehicles, ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction. The role requires a strong background in automotive quick service and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform consistent vehicle multipoint inspections.
• Utilize computer systems to accurately provide estimates of repair costs and the time required to complete services.
• Perform quality preventative routine maintenance, oil & fluid changes, light mechanical and tire services.
• Test drive vehicles ensuring services performed accordingly and returned in safe and original condition.
• Complete all documentation on work performed and/or recommended on vehicle repair orders in accordance with Service procedures.
• Maintain a clean, efficient work area and assist with service shop daily maintenance.

Requirements

• 2 years Automotive Lube Tech experience required (express tech, tire tech etc.).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and effectively communicate with Service Advisors and Managers.
• Self-motivated; able to focus on a task with strong attention to detail and possess a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR (driving record).

Nice-to-haves

• Automotive repair: 2 years (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
