About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of construction processes and project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all phases of construction.
• Utilize construction management software to track project progress, manage resources, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Oversee the preparation of construction estimates and budgets, ensuring accuracy and feasibility.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the construction process.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, address issues, and ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.
• Manage contract negotiations and enforce contract terms with all parties involved in the project.
• Implement best practices in project management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction management or a related field is essential.
• Proficiency in project scheduling tools and construction management software is preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction estimating practices and methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
