About The Position

Kinsley Properties is seeking an experienced Landscape Technician to join their team. This role involves performing landscaping work on various Kinsley Properties buildings, farmland, and sites according to a yearly schedule. The position is primarily outdoors, requiring work in various weather conditions. The standard schedule is Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with potential for overtime depending on the season. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of commercial property landscaping experience.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Knowledge of landscaping techniques
• Ability to work with hand tools
• Willingness to learn and perform various landscaping tasks
• 3+ year on-the-job experience

Nice To Haves

• Experienced in commercial property landscaping

Responsibilities

• Mowing and weed whacking of properties.
• Trimming plant material, weeding, and planting as directed.
• Installation of lawn materials and flower bed items to include mulching.
• Erosion and sediment control work to meet municipal regulation.
• Misc. landscape crew equipment maintenance and cleanup as directed.
• Other duties as directed by Landscape Crew Leader.
• Arrive on time at the predetermined place for assigned work.
• Multitask to stay productive and on task.
• Responsible for company tools, both in proper use and maintenance.
