We are seeking a collaborative and driven Landscape Designer / Architect with 5-10 years of experience to join Mithun. As the first Landscape Architect / Designer based in our Los Angeles office, you will have a unique opportunity to shape our emerging local landscape practice and contribute to the growth of our integrated design team. You bring a commitment to continuous learning and a passion for resilient, community-centered, and culturally equitable design, with strong skills in site planning and landscape design. Our work spans multiple scales and partnerships—including public and private clients, nonprofits, community-based organizations, philanthropy, and research institutions. You’ll collaborate closely with our Los Angeles design team, as well as landscape colleagues in San Francisco and Seattle, who value shared curiosity, careful listening, appreciation, and learning from one another’s experiences. We currently collaborate in the office Monday through Thursday. Fridays can be in-office or WFH for most roles.
