Land O Sky Dispatcher - 3rd Shift

About the position

Ingles Markets is looking for a 3rd shift Transportation Dispatcher for its transportation division located in Black Mountain, NC. As a Transportation Dispatcher, you will coordinate proper and efficient dispatching of scheduled and revised scheduled deliveries to locations throughout the east and southeast. You will maintain driver schedules, distribute driver workload, resolve dispatch issues, and communicate with Milkco and drivers regarding schedule changes. Additionally, you will communicate with 1st shift dispatch any schedule changes and pertinent information, run reports, and complete dispatch and other department duties as assigned. Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Will conduct a Criminal Background Check.
• Must pass an E-Verify Screening.
• Previous dispatch experience is a plus.
• Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must want to work and have excellent attendance.
• Proficient computer skills necessary.
• Exceptional work ethic and attention to detail are ideal.
