About The Position

JCG Land Services is hiring a full-time Acquisition Specialist to help secure property rights and leases for power development and infrastructure projects. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys relationship-building, problem-solving, travel, and meaningful work that directly supports critical infrastructure projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance
• Willingness to travel overnight 2–3 days per week
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and professionalism
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to obtain Notary Public designation

Responsibilities

• Building strong relationships with landowners and industry partners
• Negotiating easements, property acquisitions, and access rights
• Coordinating between clients and property owners throughout projects
• Evaluating and negotiating crop and property damages
• Helping coordinate property access for construction and maintenance
• Maintaining accurate parcel and landowner records
• Reading and explaining project plans to landowners
• Tracking project progress and task completion
