The Land Acquisition Analyst at Toll Brothers will play a crucial role in investigating and assessing land purchase opportunities. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Urban Planning, or Civil Engineering.
- Residential land acquisition experience in single-family or in-fill projects.
- Proven success navigating through unique obstacles in the local market.
- Experience in Land Acquisitions, Planning, and Development.
- Highly organized with solid analytical skills and understanding of complex financial analysis.
Nice-to-haves
- Master's Degree in a relevant field would be a plus.
