Requirements

• Ability to read a measuring tape accurately and follow step-by-step work instructions.
• Physical capability to lift at least 50 pounds and stand/walk throughout the entire workday.
• Willingness to work in a hands-on role with attention to detail.
• Ability to wear a face respirator as required and adhere to safety protocols.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and forklift operation.
• Ability to read simple drawings and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Prime and line tanks, pipes, and other equipment with rubber, ensuring quality and precision.
• Lift and move heavy objects by hand or using forklifts, carts, or other material handling equipment.
• Physically support production needs and assist various departments.
• Record and report production labor hours, product quantity, and product quality.
• Demonstrate commitment to zero harm behaviors and support a world-class safety culture.
