The position prioritizes safety, quality, and production, ensuring compliance with environmental and health & safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas.
• Shovel, Sweep, and Vacuum as directed.
• Prioritizes SAFETY, then QUALITY, followed by PRODUCTION.
• Understand and comply with Environmental and Health & Safety policies to assure that environmental, health and safety are the first priority.
• Communicates effectively and timely with staff.
• Ensure all work areas are clean, tidy and organized at all times.
• Performs other duties as time permits or as assigned.
• Ability to use heavy equipment safely and effectively.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Knowledge of products, industry terminology.
• Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas.
• Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Holcim approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE").
