About The Position

Copley Hospital is seeking a dedicated individual to lead staff in the Laboratory. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a professional team of lab techs and help them learn and grow, while working in a comfortable and supportive hospital environment. This is a Full-Time position (PT options available). Copley Hospital has a variety of shifts available across Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem needs. Requirements

A two-year degree in Chemical, Physical, Biological and/or Medical Lab Science.
Must possess certification as an MLT/MLS/MT

Responsibilities

Managing Day-to-day laboratory operations, including scheduling the staff, prioritizing need and providing excellent customer service.
Supervising and ensuring staff productivity, including quality assurance and improvement
Coaching, training and educating staff, ensuring competency to perform assigned skills.
Maintain proficiency by performing tech duties in technical operations as needed.
Complying with all state, federal and hospital regulations and policies governing healthcare.
