QC Lab tech for Huguenot, NY. Duties include the handling, testing and reporting of in process, finished goods and raw material samples.
Responsibilities
- Routine handling, testing and reporting of results of in process, finished goods and raw material samples.
- Perform repetitive testing including titrations and operation of auto-titrator, ICP and Malvern laser diffraction particle size analysis.
- Replenishment of reagents as needed.
- Maintenance of lab notebooks, logbooks and instruments.
- Conduct safety/GMP audits.
- Maintain good communication and documentation practices for regulated cGMP environment.
Requirements
- Associates degree or better.
- 5 years experience in a GMP regulated analytical lab environment.
- Experience performing repetitive tests and tasks including titrations and operation of auto-titrator, ICP and Malvern laser diffraction particle size analysis instrumentation.
- Good communication and documentation practices for regulated cGMP environment.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
