About The Position

Cascade Medical, located in downtown Leavenworth, is seeking a full-time Lab Tech with excellent customer service skills to join their Laboratory team. The Lab Tech is responsible for performing laboratory procedures accurately and efficiently, adhering to hospital and departmental policies. This role requires independent work with minimal supervision while ensuring compliance with all relevant agencies. The position is safety-sensitive and requires a pre-employment drug screen, including THC testing.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work a rotating schedule of four 10-hour shifts per week between Monday-Friday.
• Availability for on-call shifts and rotating weekends.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, including testing for THC.

Responsibilities

• Performs laboratory procedures in a prompt, accurate, and reliable manner according to established and approved hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
• Works independently and responsibly with minimal technical supervision.
• Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local agencies.
