About the position
The Food Manufacturing Kitchen Associate is responsible for preparing, processing, and packaging food products while adhering to the company's standards for quality, safety, and efficiency. This role requires handling raw materials, operating kitchen equipment, and following strict sanitary guidelines to ensure product quality.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and cook large batches of food products based on company recipes.
- Operate and monitor kitchen machinery such as mixers, ovens, and blenders.
- Package finished products, label them, and ensure accuracy for distribution.
- Follow strict hygiene and safety standards, including regular cleaning of work areas and equipment.
- Assist with inventory management by keeping track of raw materials and supplies.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards.
- Maintain accurate production records and logs.
Requirements
- Comfortable lifting up to 75 pounds.
- Reliable transportation to White City for 3rd shift hours.
- Any kitchen experience is helpful.
