The Float position plays an essential role in the kitchen by being cross-trained to make an impact at every position. This is a flexible position that requires an adaptable employee capable of going where needed based on the needs of the business. The float position is essential and requires training in all departments of the operation to be able to assist where needed, when needed. Must maintain a positive attitude and be flexible/adaptable to go where needed. To assist with loading, ordering, inventory and daily production as needed. Motivate and encourage other team members. Assist other team members as needed. Continuously communicate with managers and all team members to improve daily operations. All other tasks as delegated by management.
