The Key Account Sales Support Sub Rep - Temp position at Liberated Brands is designed to provide essential support to the Key Account Managers in all sales initiatives. This temporary role is crucial for the success of the Account Sales Team, as the Sub Rep will actively participate in market appointments, assisting managers with direct selling and acting as a point of contact for retailers to ensure customer satisfaction. The Sub Rep will be responsible for managing meeting preparations, assisting with direct selling, taking notes, and merchandising during appointments. Additionally, they will provide same-day recaps of customer meetings, including action items and follow-ups, to maintain effective communication and workflow. In this role, the Sub Rep will build and maintain strong working relationships with key accounts by delivering timely and efficient customer service and sales support. They will manage the office phone line, ensuring prompt service for all accounts, and will oversee the order file to keep accounts informed about order status, fill rates, and expected inventory due-in information as provided by the Sales Operations team. The Sub Rep will also communicate with the Key Account Manager to address inventory needs and product opportunities, aid in sample coordination efforts, and support asset management requests with online accounts. The position requires the Sub Rep to manage the Key Account team’s market and showroom calendar, verify order accuracy, and ensure timely shipping within preferred windows. They will enter various forms of data, manage SMU requests, report on shipping goals, and ensure the resolution of order discrepancies. The Sub Rep will work cross-functionally with other departments, including marketing, distribution, design, and production, to ensure a seamless operation and customer experience.
