About the position

Audacy is searching for a highly motivated and experienced digital advertising professional who will be responsible for implementing and maintaining advanced tracking solutions for Audacy's digital clients. This role will ensure that Audacy's digital campaigns and platforms are fully trackable, providing actionable insights and date-driven recommendations. The successful candidate will work closely with the ad-ops and local market teams to ensure campaigns are tracking and reporting on the most important metrics to our clients and partner platforms. This role is critical in ensuring that Audacy's clients' digital campaigns are fully optimized through accurate data collection and actionable insights, allowing for effective performance measurement and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the digital advertising campaign KPI measurement setup and strategy.
  • Service as the expert in web analytic tracking technologies while partnering with local-market teams to help identify areas where Audacy can enable engagement and conversion.
  • Implement and troubleshoot third-party tracking pixels and codes.
  • Configure and deploy analytics strategies, setting up and deploying tags, and creating triggers and variables.
  • Implement advanced tracking setups, such as cross-domain tracking and custom event tracking.
  • Debug and troubleshoot tagging configuration issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and digital analytics best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of digital advertising analytic experience.
  • Proven track record with Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and other similar platforms and technologies.
  • Strong understanding of tracking for lead generation, eCommerce and user behavior on websites and mobile applications.
  • Experience troubleshooting and debugging tracking issues using tools like Google Tag Assistant, Chrome Developer Tools, and analytics debugging tools.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and other web technologies that influence tracking.
  • Excellent understanding of digital advertising strategy and measurement as well as digital advertising platforms, analytics, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
