About the position

The Key Account Manager at Robert Bosch Tool Corporation is responsible for driving the company's presence within the Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) channel by managing and expanding relationships with National Accounts. This hybrid role requires a strategic approach to sales, focusing on developing comprehensive sales strategies, overseeing channel management, and building strong relationships with key corporate customers. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve corporate sales targets.
  • Foster revenue growth through retention strategies and new account acquisitions.
  • Oversee and develop Key Account Managers and Regional Rep Agencies for effective execution.
  • Act as the primary liaison between field sales, agencies, corporate leadership, and National Account teams.
  • Regularly analyze customer-specific data, market trends, and competitive insights to refine sales strategies.
  • Lead line reviews, promotional activities, and targeted campaigns to achieve sales objectives.
  • Work cross-functionally to optimize resource deployment and meet account goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred).
  • 5-10 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development, ideally within the MRO or industrial products sector.
  • Proven expertise in the Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) channel.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and developing corporate relationships at various levels.
  • Experience leading and developing teams or rep agencies.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills for interpreting customer metrics and market trends.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to forecast and manage financial performance, including demand planning and revenue forecasting.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
