Responsibilities

• Provide world-class service to all customers, both human and pet.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all products and services offered.
• Promote sales through packages, retail items, baths/grooming, and future reservations.
• Exhibit exceptional communication and listening skills to effectively manage customer interactions.
• Keep the lobby clean, including cleaning up pet messes.
• Ensure all clients have a positive experience as the 'face' of the pet resort.
• Maintain a positive attitude and handle multiple challenges simultaneously.
• Learn animal behavior to provide a safe environment for pets.
• Manage the cleanliness of kennels and play areas to uphold high cleaning standards.
• Feed pets according to owners' instructions and ensure they have fresh water and clean bedding.
• Administer medication to pets as per veterinary instructions.
