About the position

Requirements

  • Must possess a Type-10 IL Certification with LBS1 Endorsement.
  • Must possess exemplary communication and organizational skills.

Benefits

  • Salary per negotiated agreement.
  • Beginning salary for 2024-2025 BS 1 is $53,107, including board paid TRS.
  • 1st year as TRS employee sign-on bonus of $1,099.
  • Board pays up to $550.00 per month for health insurance or $6600.00 per year.
  • Tuition reimbursement of $250.00-$275.00 per semester hour.
