About the position
Crawford Public Schools is a D2 school with approximately 165 students and is located in the beautiful Pine Ridge Area of Northwest Nebraska. We are hiring a full time K-12 Guidance Counselor for the 2025-2026 School Year. The ideal candidate will collaborate with students, staff, and families to foster a positive school climate, focused on supporting the academic, social-emotional, and career and college readiness development needs of our students.
Requirements
- Must hold or be eligible for a Nebraska Department of Education (NDE) School Counselor Certificate (PreK-12 endorsement).
- Strong knowledge of social-emotional learning, career and college readiness, and academic planning.
- Experience with 504 plans, special education collaboration, and crisis response preferred.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families.
