• Ensure trucks are stocked with necessary receipts, safety equipment, and marketing materials.
• Meet and exceed performance benchmarks set by the company.
• Make logistical decisions regarding disposal, donation, and recycling of items.
• Lead by example, demonstrating the company's core values to team members.
• Assist in training new hires on daily operations and company values.
