About The Position
We are looking for a Junior Systems Administrator to monitor and maintain a Windows-based network. The ideal candidate should be a self-learner who is eager to grow his/her career in a company, with the goal of proactively taking on additional responsibilities.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory maintenance.
- Advanced diagnostic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong, well-developed communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and the management
- Bachelor’s degree level in Computer Science or equivalent technical discipline
- Working knowledge of network technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Experience with network management tools and troubleshooting
Responsibilities
- Implements, manages, upgrades and administers MS Windows Network including MS Exchange, Clustering, Hyper-V, Remote Desktop Services (RDS), DNS, DHCP, Active Directory policies and permissions
- Creates and maintains procedure manuals, topology diagrams, and control documents
- Maintains network peripherals - printers and scanners
- Maintains and updates servers - Windows 2022 Server and above
- Maintains and updates workstations and laptops -Windows 10/11.
- Provides support and diagnostics to corporate users
- Manages and administers enterprise anti-virus and backup suite
