About The Position

Public Cloud Group (PCG) is seeking a motivated (Junior) SAP Technology Consultant for the DACH region to join their growing team. PCG helps companies modernize, secure, and future-proof their IT landscapes in the cloud. With nearly 500 cloud experts across 21 European locations, PCG is expanding and looking for individuals passionate about cloud and SAP. The role offers a dynamic work environment with flat hierarchies, significant creative freedom, and the opportunity to contribute to diverse projects from the outset. You will have the space to bring your own ideas, continuously develop, and work closely with the Squad Lead and a team of experienced consultants and engineers to successfully manage and optimize clients' SAP landscapes.

Requirements

  • First professional experience in SAP administration, ideally in SAP Basis.
  • Experience in SAP Basis and knowledge of one or more common SAP databases.
  • Service-oriented attitude with enjoyment in customer contact and technical support.
  • Willingness to participate in on-call duty to ensure 24/7 system operation.
  • Proactive approach to driving topics independently, eagerness to learn, and grow with the team.
  • Open knowledge exchange at eye level.
  • Fluent communication in German and English.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience with SAP BTP or SAP Rise.

Responsibilities

  • Planning, execution, and monitoring of SAP migration and transition projects.
  • Administration and maintenance of clients' SAP system landscapes, including installation, configuration, monitoring, and performance tuning.
  • Support and optimization of SAP landscapes in the cloud environments of leading hyperscalers (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Acting as a technical point of contact for clients, supporting them with the use and optimization of their SAP solutions, including troubleshooting and technical support.
  • Collaborating with the team to continuously develop managed service products and contribute new ideas for future-oriented solutions.
  • Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and operating manuals.
