Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential candidates through job boards, referrals, and outbound messaging
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects, ensuring ongoing communication
  • Conduct initial phone screens, evaluating candidates against role requirements
  • Assess candidates for culture fit, communication abilities, and motivation
  • Move qualified candidates efficiently through each stage of the interview process
  • Track all candidates using CRM and recruiting systems
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with leadership
  • Ensure timely follow-up so candidates are not lost in the process
  • Learn and apply best recruiting practices from experienced leadership
  • Monitor and record key metrics, such as calls made, interviews conducted, and hires
