The Junior Recruiter will report directly to the Director of Recruitment and Training and play a vital role in supporting full-cycle recruiting and onboarding operations. This position requires a highly organized, proactive, and entrepreneurial professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent while ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience from initial contact through first-day orientation and retention follow-up. This role partners closely with hiring managers and department leaders to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, strengthen employer branding efforts, and support organizational hiring goals across sales, marketing, call center, resort operations, and support staff positions.
