About the position

The Junior Project Manager will play a crucial role in the Franchise Success Department by coordinating and managing projects that enhance franchise operations and ensure franchisee satisfaction. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for driving project success in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects related to franchise operations and support.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with franchisees, internal teams, and external partners.
• Assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor progress to ensure timely project completion.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Assist in managing project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
• Provide training and support to franchisees on new processes and systems.
• Track and report on project performance, using KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with marketing, operations, IT, and finance teams to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in project management or a related role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Basic understanding of franchise operations is a plus.
