Responsibilities

• Assist senior loan officers in underwriting and processing loan applications
• Review and analyze loan documents for accuracy and completeness
• Learn and apply Truth in Lending Act (TILA) regulations
• Conduct basic math calculations related to loan terms and payments
• Support mortgage servicing activities
• Participate in negotiations with clients regarding loan terms
• Gain experience in loan origination processes
• Perform credit analysis to assess borrower eligibility

Requirements

• Familiarity with loan processing procedures
• Basic math skills
• Knowledge of mortgage servicing practices
• Ability to negotiate effectively
