About the position

The Technical Support Specialist role is designed for an individual who will provide exceptional onsite and remote assistance to a diverse clientele. Responsibilities

  • Handle both onsite and remote help desk support, serving as the key point of contact for all IT-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain network equipment, primarily Cisco Meraki and SonicWall, ensuring optimal network operations at all times.
  • Efficiently manage Microsoft 365 applications to optimize business functions.
  • Maintain and manage server environments, with a focus on Microsoft servers.
  • Stay current with the latest developments in cloud infrastructure and leverage this knowledge for business success.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years demonstrated experience in technical support, delivering both onsite and remote help desk assistance.
  • Proficiency in handling network equipment, particularly Cisco Meraki and SonicWall.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 applications, leveraging its Office suite to drive business functions.
  • Solid understanding of server environments, preferably Microsoft.
  • Cloud infrastructure knowledge or experience would be a significant plus.
