Requirements

• A valid TDLR Journeyman's License is required.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in the electrical field.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and project managers regarding project progress, issues, and recommendations.
• Ability to pass Pre-employment Drug screen and Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Superintendent in planning work and schedules.
• Provides on-site direction, mentor, and train Apprentice Electricians.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in new commercial and/or industrial construction settings.
• Ensures that requested material is expedited and received as needed.
• Support the Superintendent in planning work and schedules.
• Lead Electricians.
• Communicate effectively with customers and project teams.
