Responsibilities
- Connect with the team for exciting maintenance opportunities.
- Explore a variety of roles, from HVAC technicians to groundskeepers.

Requirements
- A minimum of two years experience in property maintenance
- Basic computer or smartphone skills
- Own basic hand tools
- Valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle and auto insurance
- Willing to submit to drug and background checks upon receiving a job offer.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, appliance repair, apartment turnovers, groundskeeping, pool maintenance, glazing, roofing, blacktop and concrete repairs, signage.
