About the position

The JJT Tech Product Manager (TPM) ERP Master Data, Sr. Manager at Johnson & Johnson is responsible for leading the global standardization of ERP technology solutions in the Master Data area. This role is pivotal in the Pharm Transcend program, which aims to modernize foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into a single ERP platform. The TPM will oversee the design, validation, and delivery of SAP S/4 capabilities, ensuring alignment with business process needs and driving innovation in data management.

Responsibilities

  • Own vision and prioritization of Pharm Transcend data capabilities to meet business needs.
  • Establish technology roadmaps for efficient delivery of ERP Data requirements.
  • Accountable for solution design and implementation of Data capabilities for Pharma Supply Chain.
  • Drive Business Process standardization for various Master data areas.
  • Define the data migration approach in collaboration with workstream leads.
  • Lead Data Product Owners in managing product backlogs and resolving dependencies.
  • Accountable for technical delivery and value realization in partnership with business leads.
  • Oversee planning and execution of Technical Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Shape the IT Product governance on the ERP Master Data pillar.
  • Mobilize and lead an international project team through design, execution, and deployment phases.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant SAP experience.
  • Experience in Business Process standardization for various Master data areas.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP data and data migration approaches.
  • Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Business processes.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into Technical Epics/Stories.
  • Experience working across multiple levels of business and IT stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of technology trends related to data capabilities.
  • Understanding of ERP SAP functionality.

Nice-to-haves

  • 3 years or more of people management experience.
  • Excellent understanding of product planning and execution.
  • Lean requirements gathering and story mapping experience.
